Thursday, June 23, 2005one for the history books Anyone that was at Joe's pub last night witnessed Hip Hop history. I was fortunate enough, thanks to Ryan Siko and Ricky Powell, to witness a performance by the Gza and Soul Live. They performed tracks from Liquid Swords, Cuban Linx and few other projects. It reminded me of the old Giant Step parties when emcees would perform would live bands.
